Challenge 3: Art

In artistic circles our Judge for this challenge needs no introduction. Pete Fowler is the Marmarati’s Marmartist-in-residence and you may know him as The Monsterist, fully responsible for the the principality of Monsterism. Whenever we’re stuck for inspiration ourselves we simply pause and doff our thinking caps to the finest creative statesman to roam the seven seas.

Art is a cornerstone of the Marmarati and we simply wish to see your creative endeavours shared in fine company – put pen, pencil or paint to paper (or e-ink to your computerised canvas if you are so inclined) and show us how you would raise the delicious design of Marmite XO into the Marmart history books.

Some have interpreted Pete’s piece below as menacing so we asked him to share a few words on his inspiration – shortly after a carrier pigeon arrived from distant shores with the following scribbled on a psychedelic scroll: ”Fear not dear friends! I was snacking in the studio late one night and had finished the last scrape of my jar. I fell into a deep sleep just moments later and was met by a beautiful vision – a winged troop of Marmite XO jars swirling high above waiting to land in kitchens in need. The winking jar headed to the land of Monsterism and the rest are as yet unaccounted for – maybe they’ve got to you by now?”
